Hold them underwater, wait until they almost die, then pull them out. Repeat for an entire day. When that day is over, take a scalpel and make little tiny cuts just on the sides of their major arteries, making sure not to cut the artery its self, but enough to bleed them, and make sure the wounds don't clot. Force them to drink their own blood until they die from drinking it (like how you die from drinking too much water) or they bleed to death, whichever comes first.

truthfully I think the dick torture thing alltogether is played. I can only see so many 'split penis' or 'biting penis' or 'stomping on penis' scenes in horror movies and so many 'idiot "Sk8ter" guy falls crotch-first on a railing' clips before things happening to penises just doesn't give me sympathy pain like it used to

I really liked the one in Thirteen Ghosts, though. There's a guy just standing there, then a glass wall comes down from the ceiling and cuts him in half. Then his front half slowly slides down, and you can see where it split him in two.

Mystery's always the way to go. It's my favorite.

I don't know about slowly skinning people, and taking pleasure in their screams. Sooner or later you'd want to shut the bitch up, and it would take too much time. Just keep it simple.
