scariest horror game ever?
personaly my opinion on this one must be silent hill 2...or system shock.
havent played silent hill 3 yet though...was it any good?

I think the first Silent Hill was the scariest game ever. I just didn't know what to expect when playing it. Oh, and Clock Tower used to scare the hell out me when I was younger. Every time that little bastard would jump out of nowhere with those huge ass scissors gave me a heart attack.

I never played it, but I did hear that it was based on actual events, although I can't find much information on that though for some reason... oh well... Also... "avenger00soul" has beaten "horror" for the most posts... I think there's gonna be some major rivalry going here! FIGHT! FIGHT! FIGHT! FIGHT! FIGHT! Instead of violence, how about a horror-off... where the two contestants duke it out in a one-on-one horror knowledge test... hrmm... *FADE OUT*

i would have to agree with Silent Hill 2 being the scariest game i have played. you never knew when someone was going to scurry out from under a van or something

i remember always throwing the controller 6 ft in to the air each time one of those zombie things came out from under a car!
when does the pc version of silent hill 3 get released? anyone got a clue?
