I have an iron firepoker in my room [Made it myself], plus a jackknife. Knife wouldnt be any help, but if I needed to I could do some damage with the poker. It's hooked in the end, one well placed swipe would incapacitate* any normal person. If it was "Jason", we'd all be screwed ayone, with the whole invincibility deal and all.

Visited a Blacksmith shop last summer. It's about 2 and a half feet long, completly made from one rod of iron. A firend of mine made a roasting fork, would make a much better weapon...though mine is still pretty sharp and would hurt like a bitch to get hit with.
