Stumped on a old flick.

Theres a movie from probably 20 years ago and, for the life of me I cannot think of the name. Theres this mentally handicapped guy who pretends to be a scarecrow. (I think he's kind of a big guy).
Anyway, the only other thing I remember about this movie is that there's a grain silo where I think one of his victims gets burried alive in it. Can anyone please help me figure this movies name out?:confused:
