Ok,here's some bang-on advice.

I have used this brand for 5 years now and have had amazing results...especially the Throat Coat-I feel the first sign of a sore throat,drink this tea as reccommended and boom,the next day-no sore throat. ESTER C you can find and take up to 10,000 mg. when you FIRST start feeling bad.I know it sounds high,but the FDA is LYING to you...yes,it's shocking that they would actually lie....but even the drug dealers-I mean Doctors agree that the average vit.C consumption thru pills is too low to be beneficial. B-12 sublingually at 2500mcg is good as well,unless you have any liver or heart probs-ask your doc about this one first,or just get the giant needled B-12 shot in the ass. Ladies-add E,Selenium,Some type of Fish Oil(I use Salmon Oil 2000mg. 2X a day) I am writing this because I am genuinely concerned for people's health .. and to those who think it's bullshit:piss off and die,I hate you,get the stick outta your ass and live a little-be nice for once you waste of air.
