I don't want to be mean, but this guy sounds like one of those dangerously stupid people. You know, one of those people that murders small animals and laughs gleefully like an idiot.

Save us!

Yeah - that's sick - I always sob quietly as I slaughter the small animals (of course then I do a little dance!!!)

To my personal opinion dawn of the dead is good and 28 days later ( even though its not a zombie movie) is good but i think the best zombie movie is resident evil as it the most realisc ( if there waz a zombie out break!)
Hmmm - but why so harsh on this?

Different generations latch onto different films - the paranoia sci-fi films of the 50's, the grindhouse exploitation of the 70's, the post-modern clever stuff of the 90's... what's wrong with having the latest wave of zombie films as your horror cornerstones?

One man's Texas Chain Saw Massacre is another man's Resident Evil - you can draw artistic comparison if you're older, but I still get a semi-on when the superb Escape From Witch Mountain comes on TV and won't have anyone tell me different despite the fact that the recent Angry Anal #49 might be a "better" film.

Of course if you're born in 1970, you could just have very bad taste.

:D

Well, I personally loved the subtext of class struggle in Angry Anal #49 - but when they introduced the dog in #50 . . . well I just felt like they'd sold out. And don't get me started about the product placements in #51 . . .

actually - despite the obvious mental shortcomings of this individual - if you were to base a film on 'realistic content' i guess i could see how someone could appreciate that a lab would come up with something to start an undead holocaust rather than 'something from space'

not sure why people bash '28 days later' either - it's a fine film.

I thought it was great. Hands down the best horror movie Ive seen in theatres, although that only puts it against Boogeyman and the new Amittyville:rolleyes:. I personally thought it was a really fun movie...my thoughts basically reflect any opf the positive comments here:)
