The Wolf Man for obvious reasons.
American Werewolf in London/The Howling for the best two transformation scenes of all time. Silver Bullet for getting me into horror films The Monster Squad for having the best werewolf design EVER. Ginger Snaps for reinventing the genre.

I remember the "Wolfen" It bored me to tears. I never read the book though it has been reccamended to me.
I have read Streibers other book "The Wild" and that is a killer werewolf book...er sort of.

Now that you mention it, I think I did try to watch that movie one time--and I went to sleep! Incidentally, attached below (I hope) is a picture of my late dog who was named after the real Wolfen.
