New Here So Play Nice
Hello everyone. I mostly joined this site not only because I love watching horror flicks, but because I wanted to get advice on what's worth watching out there. I'm only fifteen years old, living with a comedy loving family, so I don't really have someone older to guide me on what to watch. I have a fear of dolls, which is to blame on the movie "Dolly Dearest" being as I saw it at a very young age and have been paranoid ever since. (Looking back on it, I find it rather funny, but the fear somehow lives). I know it is horribly cliche, but my favorite film is The Exorcist. I'm a fan of Anne Rice, although my parents banned me from her work. The movies didn't really cut it for me on the horror level, although (despite its many flaws) I love Queen of the Damned. I know I'm rambling, but I'm bored beyond reason with slight insomnia. I understand that I'm not as heavy into the genre as others, but I find that this is my chance to learn a little bit more about what we all have come to know, and love, horror.
