Weird twist, whoever wrote it obviously thought the first twist wasn't good enough...

I thought the ending was a lil' bit lame.

Ok, the ending was alright. Alright. But come ON...the acting. THE ACTING! The guy looked like Will Ferrel at the end, talking to his wife. I could pick a hobo off the streets of New York to act better than he did. The other guy sucked too. And from the commercial I expected this grizzly, super-gory, disgusting and horrifying film. Instead I got a mystery-thriller, at most. Not very good in the first place. But another one? WKE UP AND MAKE SOME GODDAMN NEW MOVIES, HOLLYWOOD!

I liked parts of the movie, but there seemed to be a few plot holes and the ending wasn't what I expected. But didn't seem to make a lot of sense. Maybe it was just me, but it didn't seem to add up. I liked the claustrophobic feel of some of it. But the acting was kind of over the top or sometimes just outright bad. I usually like Cary Elwes but he was almost painful to watch at times.

Painful? I'd say that's putting it nicely. I thought I was going to die.

Well, I have never actually felt I was going to die because of a case of bad acting.

But when I was watching The Last Sign I came dangerously close to hurling heavy objects in the direction of the screen.

The movie wasn't that bad, but, yes: the acting was that bad.

I loved SAW, thought it was one of the best films to come to the cinema that year, but thats just my opinion. I really didnt expect that twist and it really did shock me. I also loved some of the camera techniques and really feeling their fear, especially with the girl in that, what was it called "a reverse bear trap" or something?

But I doubt a sequel would be any good. It wouldn't have any suprises or nothing new. They should just leave it.

You mean one of the three angles in which you can see the microphone hanging at the top? Yah, great cinematography in this one...
