I have a degree, my resume isn't bad, I do however have an attitude problem. For some reason I think Im the best and no one can touch me. I get really pissed off and tell my kitchen to go outside and I'll handle the line by myself. Shit like that. I want to wait tables. I think it'll humble me, its the only area of the front of the house Ive never worked, and if Im as good at waiting tables as I am at managing kitchens, then I might make a great general manager! Bah, Im going to nursing school.
