The Interpreter -10/10, Great acting, Sean Penn and Nicole Kidman were definately at their best in this one. Sydney Pollock did an amazing job creating a very intense, suspenseful and imo very unpredictable film, just when you think you're sure about something it totally changes around. The thing I liked most about it was that unlike most other films it didn't go with Murphy's Law, all the twist were just creative writting and directing.

Ive watched a few since I last posted...

Starting off, I finally got to see Friday the 13th. Yes, incredibly, this is the 1st time I saw it. I thought it was pretty good for a slasher flick, didnt hold up to NOES or Halloween though. But the ending was pretty amazing.

Then I watched an episode of Lucky Luke that was marketed as a movie, called Ghost Train. I thought it was pretty damn good...predictible, but still hilarious and action packed!

I also watched the fantastic Theatre of Blood for prbably the 9th-10th time...god I love that movie! One of VP's best preformances, no question.

Althought it has no chance in hell of making my top 3 I thought it was pretty good too. I bought it God knows how long ago but just watched it a couple days ago.

Instinct-5 1/2 out of 10, It's an interesting story with an ok script and Hopkins and Gooden Jr. gave solid preformances. The ending good and completely unexpected. So overall it was an alright film with a few great moments.

I 'heart' Huckabees

great film .. it's quirky (and god knows that there is a plethora of 'quirky' films out there) but still fresh and origional. And it DOES make you think a bit.

Fantastic music too.

Keep in mind that this is one filmmaker's opinion.
