It's obvious to me that if you think Kubrick's version is boring, you're not a fan of great movies. Maybe you're too young to appreciate anything that isn't edited like a McG movie or video. The slow pace is what makes it great.

I happen to like alot of great movies, and I was thinking to myself while I was reading your post, Haha Nothing because I dont remember asking your opinion or I dont remember giving a shit what you think.

I dont call it arguing...Stephen King is a crapy director and thats a fact...as a writer i guess his ok....many good films are based on his books: Carrie, the Shining(Kubrick)..and so on
