I love "The Blob". Classic horror movies, both of them.

I'll have to check out that Beware! the blob flick...

i saw one on tv as a kid... and the blob in that movie was bright red... not pinkish...

could that be the beware the blob movie?

Beware! The Blob

Well...yes, the blob was bright red for "Beware! The Blob."

The big difference between "The Blob" and "Beware! The Blob" is that the first one is serious and the sequel is sort of a comedy.

Also, the first film was made in 1958 and its message was, "The James Dean-type juvenile delinquents are really decent people if you give them a chance." The message of the 1972 sequel was, "The hippies are really decent people if you give them a chance."

There was a colorized version of the orginal available. The "blob" had a sort of pinkish red hue to it in that version.

More Pink than anything though....I own that version:D


Came in a boxed set with Horror Express and Teenage Zombies. It was def. the best movie in the set
