Truefan raises an issue...Carpenter...

You know, critical Carpenter comments are justified...even by a scoundrel like Truefan...

I love some Carpenter films, SOME, such as Assault on Precinct 12, Halloween, Escape, Big Trouble, hell, even Prince of Darkness...but even the movies I like (or LOVE) are full of holes...
I dearly love They Live and In The Mouth Of Madness, but come on...Roddy Piper and Sam Neill are amusing at best...but only amusing. Even by Carpenter's own admission, he's a b-movie director....

i have this dvd but never watched dementia 13,, is it worth it?

Haha, hate to say it, but it's a better message board handle than it is a flick...Coppola's first film, I think...
