Dead Space, scifi horror
I have played most of the mainstream and well known horror video games, except for this series which I just started playing on ps3 (though i've known of it for a long time)...so far the first one is awesome, i also have 2 and 3 to go at after I'm done...
any fans?

I think it's an EA game so I passed on it at the time. I usually avoid their games or get them at significant discount.
But with the news of an Event Horizon director's cut. I found out that Dead Space was influenced by that movie. So I decided to check out the trilogy in the future. I think I saw a bit of the Dead Space cartoon or anime. But I can't remember it.

yes watch this video the creator explains the influence of event horizon, of a space station ''going to hell" , its definitely a great game I'm halfway through it, and I'm having a lot of fun with it, especially once I got the hang of it.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BQ3iqq49Ew8 I own 2 or 3 DVDs of the dead space cartoon/animation haha, some of it is good, some of it really wasn't....one of em had crappy digital animation thrown in there which was just shit honestly, like watching a 90s computer animation or something, but the anime style stuff i enjoyed. Unfortunately, I never got into this series. I don't think it was my thing, for whatever reason. But I know it has a massive following, and EA ending it must suck.

Unlike Angra I am the fan of the whole Dead Space series :) for me personally it is sort of a gaming masterpiece. There is something that attracts me in this series.
 At the moment my absolute fav game is World of Warcraft. I like that I can easily get extra help from and thus seriously increase the possibility to win :)
