This is a general conduct towards others type warning.
We don't refer to others as "it".
We don't continue discussions about them in their absence and cloud up threads like this one with the superfluous.

We are aware of some of the issues people have had with Amalthea - and I have addressed them personally.

This is besides the point.
I don't care who you are or how long you've been here.
Keep the snark to yourself.
I've seen more from this person than many more that have a lot more to say.
So quit it.

On Topic

Started watching "The Three Amigos" for the first time.
There was a fair few plot points of this movie that I was completely unaware of. Goes a little more intricate than the slapstick schlock that I once thought it may be.
Looking forward to watching the rest.

Sausage Party (2016)

Holy shit! Not only the orgy at the finale was over at the top but as a whole I didn't expect it to be this much vulgar or sexually explicit in almost every scene!! Enjoyed it though

Satan's Little Helper

It's a car wreck type of movie for me. It's horrible and I know it, but I keep watching. This cruddy thing has become a staple of my Halloween movie roster and there is no rational explanation for this. Maybe it's the nonsensical plot points, or could it be the unexplainable actions of the characters? Perhaps it's the unbelievably annoying little boy at the center of this pile, or it may be Amanda Plummer, who plays the Mom and seems to be at a little bit drunk in every scene that she appears in. Whatever it is that keeps me coming back, I watch every damn October.
Yeah, I do love crappy movies. I guess that's it!

But your comment "I think it was something about the rash on his penis. " is ok? Referring to a specific user's genitals is acceptable?

Dilek, a housewife suddenly starts to feel presence of something abnormal in a specific room in their house. Though her husband, Omer refuses to agree with her but situation become worse. ...

Omer is your basic belligerent "I don't believe in it!" type of husband. Dilek starts to notice strange things in the house. It gets bigger from there. Some typical horror elements, well a lot. But it was different from what I normally see since it was from Turkey using Islam djinn instead of Christian demons. Its about 2 hours and ten minutes and I was never bored. According to IMDB it was made with $700k. It does a lot better job than american horror flics who use a lot more money. I definitely recommend it. The ending is great too.
6/10

Also apparently the director has written and directed a bunch of horror films. This seems to be the 5th in a series of Dabbe films. D@bbe(@ is part of the film's name) being the first one.

I can accept this - it wasn't the most becoming conduct in my part.
Though in my defense, stupid joke vs kind of, what seemed to be a little more intentionally cruel...
I don't know, I'll be honest - I can be introspective.
Maybe there wasn't too much of a line between the two.

Though the person in question has always interacted with this forum the way they've interacted with this forum. "Part of the furniture" type deal.
Like if that's how they're comfortable making a contribution, let them.
Far as I know, they're just being themselves. I don't see anything that can or should really annoy other users.

On the other hand if people say post what seem to be pretty deliberate and/or not-very-well-thought-out-timing-wise spoilers, less than favourable reactions can happen.
Not an excuse, I understand.

I just don't think we should dehumanize each other, and refer to each other as you would an animal or object, and continue the discussion in a cliquish manner.

Anyways, case closed.
Lets all work on it.

Back on topic
Started watching "Serenity" again on netflix.
Has a bit of a different feel to the Firefly series, but as a fan I was satisfied.
As per the series, somewhat engaging characters, fun dialogue.
I haven't seen this for some time, and I'm looking forward to turning it on again when I'm not half comatose. Well made film. Gives a bit of closure to the series as well.
Still though...I'd probably recommend the series over the film.

B-
It was good and entertaining but more vulgar than funny.
Expected more from this one.

I like that one too. Felt a bit like watching a videogame.
Have you seen Monster Man? Less horrible but also silly and bloody fun.

Book I could deal with...or at least..."Ugh, ok".
Wash on the other hand.
That just wrecked me.
Loved how they gave us both the Back story of the Reavers and in that, the hunt that this information, the "signal" would have been part of bringing down the Alliance.

It's too bad there's been no follow up aside from some comics here and there.
Castle can't have THAT much more life left in it, and I don't think much of the other cast is involved in anything too big or ongoing right now.
Whedon is less involved in the Marvel stuff now too.
Perhaps it's time for them to pump the gas some and give us a new NETFLIX series...it's like, just about everyone on the damn planet would watch it.

If Fillion can squeeze into whatever he'll be wearing as "Wonder Man", I'm sure he'll be back in shape by then.
