Classic example is a film for a child... like say Godzilla Vs Megalon. As a child, it's very cool, as an adult, almost unwatchable. Surely there's gradations from 16 years-old to older adult -- probably a bit more fine (slight), but still there.

Yeah, but the losing interest in kiddie films when you get older.
This is you to watch the hellraiser films at age 13 but then you can't watch clock work orange.

I thought that Dragon Slayer was an awesome film when I was growing up.
The dragon is well done too.

CGI sucks.

Ah, DRAGONSLAYER... great effects, no CGI.

I saw it in the theater with my family. Oddly cryptic. I don't think anyone really knew what to make of it. It's strange on many levels. Lost $4mil in theater ticket sales.

A friend of mine introduced me to it. Happened to be his dad's favorite movie.
Caligula stars the same actor. It's about a batshit crazy Roman emperor.
Also worth watching.
