I just watched May, and I heard the whispering a few times in the film, but couldnt make out any words; wasnt in the the subtitles either. What did you hear May say to you, Morningriser?

There were a few times you could hear gibberish but after she broke the glass on the doll's case you can lightly hear her whisper "help me"
