The people at Yahoo! have posted a gallery of stills [1] from "Big Fish", a fantasy directed by Tim Burton.

Based on Daniel Wallace's novel "Big Fish: A Novel of Mythic Proportions", the movie tells the story of William Bloom (Billy Crudup) as he struggles to get to know his dying father, Edward (Albert Finney), by piecing together the tall tales he's been told over the years. The film also stars Ewan McGregor (as the young version of Edward Bloom), Jessica Lange, Alison Lohman, and Robert Guillame.

Originally slated as a Steven Spielberg film, the reins were handed over to director Tim Burton ("Batman", "Edward Scissorhands", "Nightmare Before Christmas", many more great movies). The movie's been shot and is listed on IMDB as being in post-production, with a release date of sometime this year.
