Those who thought "Scary Movie 3" was the end of the series will be surprised to learn that its screenwriter has signed a deal to write the screenplay for a fourth "Scary" movie. No doubt inspired by the box office sales of #3, Dimension paid Craig Mazin a seven-figure sum.

Even more surprising is that as part of the big pay-off, Mazin will write the screenplay for "Opus", an adaptation of Berke Breathed's brilliant comic "Bloom County". No word is to whether the movie will be live-action or animated, nor have they revealed who will play Bill the Cat.
