A couple of days ago, the WGA settled their longlasting strike. There's a good story on Tinsel Town's collective sigh here at Entertainment Weekly [1].
Perhaps the most inventive and eclectic group of storytellers to protest unfair payment tactics were the horror writers. We'd like to think that their unusual attention-getting techniques may have had at least a little something to do with the arm-twisting that finally succeeded. Perhaps the most devilishly delighful stunt was the now-infamous Warner Bros. "Excorcism" - in case you missed it, our report was published here [2].
