Land of the Dead Coverage
This weekend, George A Romero's latest film "Land of the Dead" storms U.S. theaters - returning him to the genre (Zombies!) that he pioneered. That might sound like just another Hollywood movie tagline, but in this case it's dead true. The legendary director, who changed horror forever with films like "Night of the Living Dead" and "Dawn of the Dead", is finally getting more of the props he has long deserved. While hardcore horror fans have long worshipped at the Church of Romero, mainstream moviegoers and Hollywood studios can no longer deny the godfather of almost all modern zombie flicks.
How does it feel to be the king of the zombies? What does Romero find interesting enough about the living dead to keep bringing them back to life? How does he like working with big name Hollywood stars? Staci got all of those answers out of Romero as well as short interviews with LOTD stars Simon Baker & John Leguizamo.
Just added - check out the exclusive video from the premiere of Land of the Dead as well as Staci's 60 Second Review!
