World Horror Celebrated in Spain
One of Europe's biggest horror fests announces lineup.

Catalan Pau Freixas' thriller "Dark Camera" and Greg Marcks' "11:14," starring Hilary Swank and Patrick Swayze, are the headlines of the  36th Sitges International Film Festival of Catalonia, Spain.

The fantasy and horror festival, which runs Nov. 27-Dec. 7, is again focusing on those genres after a switch during the 90s to a less specific event. Asian films will play a big role in the festival, with nine of the 24 films hailing from Asia. Movies included in the even include Takashi Miike's "Gozu", Korean Kim Jee-woon's "A Tale of Two Sisters"; Thai Prachya Pinkaew's "Ong-Bak: Muay Thai Warrior"; and Takeshi Kitano's "Zatoichi."
