Master P and son Romeo (a.k.a. Lil’ Romeo) will star in the horror film The Pig People a frightening tale of five college students who dare to venture into a haunted forest to shoot a documentary for their film class. The subject: an old Louisiana myth surrounding the fearsome, half-human, half-swine Pig People. The teens seek answers to long-forgotten questions, but the truth will only lead to suffering and death. This will be the first film in the potential franchise. Teenage superstar Romeo will play “TJ”, one of the five students and Master P takes on a more sinister role as the film's villain. Daeg Faerch (Halloween) will also star.  The film is directed by David Gueringer and will be produced by Vault Load Films and executive produced by Jimmy Finkl. Shooting is set to begin in Louisiana and Los Angeles.  The film will be released in 2009.

Natives of Louisiana, it has been a mission of Master P and Romeo’s to bring jobs  and stability back into the community ever since Hurricane Katrina.  They recently started construction on the P Miller Youth Center that will be a state of the art recreation center for teens/tweens in the community.  Most recently, Master P received an NAACP Image Award nomination for his documentary Desert Bayou that focused on the aftermath of Katrina and its affect on two of its residents.

Master P’s credits include the upcoming feature films Soccer Mom, and Down and Distance.  His past TV credits include guest starring roles on “CSI: NY,” “Romeo!,” and “OZ” to name a few.  His past motion picture credits include Dark Blue and Hollywood Homicide.

Romeo has been charming audiences since the age of eight and breaking records when he became the first hip-hop millionaire at the age of ten.  Now eighteen years old and about to attend USC on full basketball scholarship next fall, where he will be a film major, Romeo’s upcoming projects include the release of his next album High School Romance (summer 2008) as well as the motion pictures Sweetwater and Down and Distance.  His past credits include starring in his own hit show on Nickelodeon “Romeo!,” and the motion picture Honey opposite Jessica Alba.

The duo is represented by Fortitude and manager Adam Robinson of Releve Entertainment.
