It's "Hide and Seek" For X-Men Bombshell

X-Men alum and Bond girl Famke Janssen has been cast opposite Robert DeNiro in the upcoming "Hide and Seek". Directed by John Polson ("Swimfan"), the story centers on a widower (DeNiro) and his young daughter (Dakota Fanning). As the father tries to work through his own grief, he discovers that his daughter is working through hers in a terrifying way with an imaginary friend. No word yet on what Janssen's role in the movie will be.

"Hide and Seek" got off to a rocky start. Albert Hughes (who worked on "From Hell") was originally slated to direct the movie, but walked off the set two months ago over "creative differences". Polson was then offered the movie, and accepted.
