GorePhobia, let's say we get a little more content than what's currently on the website just to give it an interesting structure, I would recommend doing it partially in flash, partially in html.
What type of quality would you like? What kind of updates would you like to make to the site once it's built? Tell me a bit more about the site and how you forsee it. For instance, you might want to have server side scripting so that you could modifying certain sections of your site in a web interface.
