Ah! Man, it was soooo well-done! My jaw was on the floor for the last 15 minutes.

I have no idea where they're going to go from here. They cleared the cards of any explicit conflict for season 5, but there's a huge list of things that still could be addressed:

SPOILER ALERT

Gus's past (remember when Don Eladio said to him, "You're only alive because I know where you come from"?), Skyler's reaction to Walt's true character, Hank's investigating (now that Gus is dead and the laundry is destroyed, he'll feel even more validated), Walt's past with Gretchen and Eliot/his underachievement as a professional chemist, Mike coming back from Mexico, Jesse still not knowing about Walt's responsibility for Jane's death, and now his responsibility in poisoning Brock, and so on! It's going to be nuts!

But yeah, it's just outrageous how good this show is and has been for four straight seasons now. It's going to be many years before we see something this groundbreaking on TV again.

Here are a few great interviews with Vince Gilligan that have come out since the finale:

Been watching Falling Skies. Not bad at all and I have been enjoying it so far. Lots of people seemed to think it wasn't up to much but it's keeping me interested.

Yeah that's what has impressed me the most about it. Got a whole year to wait for more :(

RE: the spoilers. Yes there certainly is some interesting paths it could go down and the fact it's the final season ever some crazy shit will be going down.

Not to mention the fact that AMC still hasn't decided whether they're going to air all 16 episodes of season 5 as one season or split it into two :/ I really hope they don't do that.

Splitting it might mean more episodes like the final season of The Sopranos.

I just read that Vince Gilligan said they're definitely settled on 16 episodes, it's just a matter of whether they will air all 16 as one season or do two seasons of 8 episodes (which I'm sure is just AMC trying to milk the last of the show since they know it's popular). Which would really suck.

Yeah that would be really lame. Still either way I'll be happy it's back on.

------

Watched the last episode of Sons Of Anarchy. One of the better ones so far this season. Glad this shows picked up it's games after the patchy third season.
