The Blair Witch Project still chills my bones to the core, and if anybody can track it down The Woman In Black (UK TV movie, 1984) has at least one heart-stopping moment worthy of any horror film ever made.

The two movies that scared me were The Exorcist and Black Sabbath.
The latter was by Mario Bava and contained three seperate stories: The Drop Of Water, The Telephone & The Wurdalak ( which starred Boris Karloff in this story). The first story (The Drop of Water) was the story of a nurse who steals a ring from a dead spiritualist only to be haunted by the corpse. It frightened me! This was one trilogy that gave your hostess to the supernatural here (Countess Marya) a chill! ![]() Marya

When I was 6 The Amityville Horror scared the shit out of me.
For more recent scares...I'd have to say (even though so stupid) the alien segment in VHS 2...aliens and I do not have a great relationship...and also the near end of Oujia...only because I was the only one in the theater and I kept looking around..very scared...felt dumb because I'm well past 13...10 years past :s

Jacob's Ladder is at the top of the list for me. Not knowing what the hell is going on in your own mind and not being able to control is absolutely terrifying to me.
