Frank Herbert designed a world .. to the last miniscule detail with his book .. it didnt leave a lot of room for interpretation ... but still Lynch managed to sneak in elements of his personal style .. i recently bought the extended version of the film .. something i always prayed existed .. now i just have to find the proper time to watch it..
