yeah I make sandwiches too the next day with the leftovers. Another one I like is mince up the turkey with the stuffing and sausage meat and a bit of cranberry sauce, then add some fresh mayonaise and chuck it in some thick bread with letuice.... delish :)

I prefer cold ham on Boxing day with pickles etc

I'll make cold turkey sandwiches with my special recipie, for snacks in between.
