TERMINAL INVASION: Image Inside an isolated airport, seven anxious passengers learn that their charter flight has been grounded by a blizzard. Despite their pleas, the pilot, Cathy, tells them that she cannot depart until the storm abates. The unhappy passengers are soon stunned into silence by the arrival of Jack Edwards, a convicted murderer escorted by two guards whose transport van has skidded off the highway. Cathy tries in vain to make the agitated passengers feel at ease with phone lines down and radios only transmitting static. But these soon prove to be the least of the passengers' problems, as they realize that some members of the group are not who, or what, they seem... Criterion has announced its latest classic for high-def, setting a mid-June Blu-ray bow for the Ingmar Bergman masterpiece 'The Seventh Seal.'
Regarded as one of the master's finest works, and featuring one of Max Von Sydow's greatest performances, 'The Seventh Seal' will receive its Blu-ray premiere on June 16, day-and-date with a new standard DVD re-issue.  In the classic film, a man seeks answers about life, death, and the existence of God as he plays chess against the Grim Reaper during the Black Plague. Tech specs will see a BD-50 dual-layer presentation with remastered 1080p/AVC MPEG-4 video (1.37:1) and a restored Swedish PCM 1.0 Mono soundtrack.
