i watched the beyond last night and it was awesome. if i'm honest i only really bought it to be a good horror fan and i wasn't that excited about it cause i thought CHEAP! the story totally overpowers any focus that may've been drawn towards some slightly poor/dated effects. i feel shame that the zombie flesh eaters trilogy has been gathering dust in my cupboard since last november:confused:

I just picked up the box set The Films of Alejandro Jodorowsk. Wich has his first three movies, Fando Y Lis, El Topo and The Holy Mountin. There all pretty Bitch'n, esspecially El Topo which is probably his best work, 5/5.
I lso just picked up George Romaros The Crazies which is released from my favorite distibuter EVER, Blue Underground. Havent watched it, either tonight or tomorrow. Pretty excitted to watch this one.

Got 6 psp games given to me from work...uh, lemmings, pursuit force, smash court tennis 3, ratchet and clank, and twisted metal - head on, and fired up.
Bought Rayman - Revolution ps2 Couple that I've seen before: Hot Fuzz Willard The Very thought of You Body Snatchers Some things I haven't seen at all... Weeds Season 1 Naina (some indian lookin' horror film picked up cheap) OnePointO Slackers Vamp The day of the Triffids Chain of Fools The Wanderers Beyond the valley of the Dolls Sleepaway Camp A double pack containing both the 1932 & 1941 versions of Dr Jekyl & Mr Hyde Elvira - Mistress of the Dark Olive - The other Reindeer Return of the Killer Tomatos (although haven't seen the first one...) So yeah, more piles of dvds I haven't seen. Got that Harry Potter book saturday morning too, have yet to pick it up... Uh, some purple hairdye too, and yes, I now have dark (non-punk) purple hair.
