My back hurts so bad I want to cry.
I want to go grab that asshole chiropractor and scream at him"THE STRETCHING EXERCISES DOESN'T WORK YOU FUCKING COCKSUCKER"

Pain makes me cranky.

hamster on your back





when we couldn't get a girl to walk on your back to work the cricks out, we would put a hamster on your back and have him walk on your back. it doesn't work as good but it works a little

This is an injury that the only thing that will fix it is,strenghtening the muscles around the bottom of my spine,and I have to do special stretching and crunches.
But there are some days it hurts to do them.
If I got out of the house this morning and went to the gym,I would be fine-so actually it's my fault,but I like blaming someone else better:D
