one thick crust or two really thin (the way I like 'em) combine 2 cups all purpose flour and a fat pinch of salt in large mixing bowl. pour one package of rapid rise yeast into 2/3 cups of hot tap water and stir in a fat pinch of sugar. When the water/yeast mixture starts to foam up, add it to the flour/salt mixture and pour in 2-3 tbsp. olive oil. knead until the texture becomes satin-y. If it is sticky, add more flour. Allow to rise for at least an hour... that when you pre-heat your pizza stone to 450 degrees. Roll out (or stretch by hand) the dough and place on a cornmeal covered peel (the wooden paddle-thing) and tops as you please. slide onto the pre-heated stone and cook for 12 minutes.

GAH! This thread makes me hungry!
I HATE dieting...Dustin is dieting with me, so it's not as bad as it could be, I guess... Note to people who have decided to quit smoking - You will probably get fat :mad: Other than the dieting issues, I'm pretty much loving life at the moment :)
