What about if you were a dentist and every few people, you'd lace the tooth mirror or the scrapey thing with arsonic. Simple and quick. You'd have to move around a lot to not get caught...unless you wanted to get caught.

I kill my victims and make it look like a suicide. I would write their suicide note, and in it I would blame someone for the suicide. The guilt that person will feel by thinking they were the reason for the suice will cause them to commit suicide. I will then have killed two birds with one stone.

I confessed to kidnapping and murder under extreme duress but the charges were dropped when the person I allegedly kidnapped and killed walked into the station. Those police were pretty embarassed, especially after having realized that they extracted a confession from a bipolar eighteen year old who hadn't slept for several days.
