Without a doubt, the sex scene in Videodrome with James Woods and *drool* Deborah Harry.

Coming in second would be Catherine Denuve and David Bowie in The Hunger.

this was one of the ones I laughed while watching.. Not a favorite though... in ghoulies III where the girl and guy have about 40 minutes of four-play... riding the exercycle, running on the tread mill, and the aerobic thingy... fucking funny
