Actually you can ban IP Adresses, the only way he would be able to get through that though is if he doesn't have a permanent IP Address.
In another words, if he doesn't have a cable or DSL connection, and has AOL, his IP Address will constantly change everytime he logs onto the internet, virtually making it impossible for him to be banned. Otherwise it is possible to block IPs. I seriously need to be a mod...:p

I did post a thread, but it got deleted by penishead or whatever the name was. I'll post another tomorrow morning. Plus I've made a whole new layout for the forums, which will clean this place up a bit, and make it somewhat faster, but I'll do that tomorrow morning before I'm off to school.
