Mel-O-Toons DVD from the 99 Cents Store. I had never seen Mel-O-Toons before, but they looked to be some kind of cheesy educational cartoons from the 50's and 60's. Turned out these were pretty neat, in a boring kind of way. Reminded me of those godawful old scratchy films they would show at school on rainy days. The DVD was made from really messed-up, scratchy prints, so that helped a little. (Scratches and dust used to be annoying; now they're nostalgia!)

I've been hearing good stuff about that movie too for a couple years now, its supposed to be a pretty good psychological thriller.
