I had to look it up - according to IMDB he hasn't been in anything since 2000 .. must have been a look-alike

Just watched a bizarre bit of 70s sleaze called Love Me Deadly. The whole film is available on youtube, if you're so inclined. It's mascategorized on youtube as a movie about Satanism. In fact Satan or the devil are never mentioned in the film, but there is a black robed, red candle carrying cult. They're necrophiliacs! This sick and twisted little drama is one woman's tortured experiences trying to deal with her attraction to dead bodies...

Cheap production, terrible acting, cheesey soundtrack, and the male lead is Carol Burnett's hunky right hand man Lyle Wagonner!

It's all tease and little payoff, though there is one nasty scene where a mortician picks up a male prostitute so he can kill him for his cult, and there are several pair of unaugmented 1970s breasts on display briefly.

I haven't seen this for years but I have an old ex-rental of it. It used to be fave of mine - I remember it having some great 'romantic' music in it.

Oh yah, the soundtrack is atrocious, including several cuts of generic library music and two vocals by someone doing her best Shirley Bassey imitation.

Weak but still enjoyable, sequel to the 1980 classic. Its great to see Ginty fall in love only to have his dancer girl beaten to a pulp and left in a wheel chair. More comic book and less gritty than the original. Also worth checking out if you are a break dancer or work in sanitation (or even just to see bad guy Mario Van Peebles dressed like a member of Cameo).
Makes me wanna see the original again.
WOW! My first and only experience seeing Robert Ginty acting was in Warrior of the Lost World. I assumed he was a one-off Chuck Norris wannabe. Then I saw him starring in the trailer for Exterminator 2. Man, you learn something new everyday. Now I gotta go watch The Exterminator. In the mean time please enjoy this trailer for Warrior of the Lost World:
