Well good luck with the PT. You know, your doctor sounds great. You got a diagnosis pretty fast. Sounds like he/she knows what they're doing.

Good luck, Hammer! My mother suffers from a lot of pain and she says that PT did help. If you have connections you should seek out getting massages too. Colleges offer them very cheap to teach their students. My sister is going to school for massage therapy so that's our connection. She gave me a shoulder massage for my birthday that did wonders with the pain I acquired from work.

The physical therapist suggested that I also find a chiropractor. I know from past experience that it's difficult to find a good one.

So true, but when you find a good one, it's a huge benefit to the recovery. I checked out every review I could on every chiropractor in my area when I needed to see one. It paid off huge for me. The best advice and treatment I got was at that guys office.

I made a smart choice today.....

I took a vacation day Friday so I don't have to work over the weekend

I am beyond burned out and I am making the day all about me

Funny, there's so much I want to do, I don't know what to do
