The Forbidden Photos of A Lady Above Suspicion (1970)



A pretty nice giallish thriller with a simple suspense story & 2 gorgeous euro babes. Liked it.

"Valhalla rising" 4-5/10

The artsy fartsiness reminded me a lot of Antichrist. Just not as weird in story.

Decent little thriller written by Brit TV scribblers Brain Clemens and Terry 'Blake 7' Nation and directed by the guy who did the Phibes film. 2 nurses take a bike trip in France only to be stalked by a psycho. Keep an eye out for Betty from Some Mothers do 'ave em..

The Night Stalker (1972). This made-for-television movie has got teeth. This was simply a notch above most TV movies, with no agenda besides entertainment. Not really a horror flick proper, this is more about a reporter and his dogged attachment to the story. The acting was fine, the direction solid. For an idiot box production the camera work was pretty good. Overall this was 74 minutes of sheer fun. Merci beaucoup.

The Horseman (2008)
This Aussie flic has teeth. A father (Peter Marshall) is out for revenge after his daughter dies from a drug overdose after participating in a porn shoot.

This a very good film from Oz. Its intense, brutal and during the final act unhinged borderline torture porn. Reminded me of Paul Schraders Hardcore. Its worth your while.
