Yeah that is true. They used to be either $5 a year or $10 a year but I haven't checked in so long they have probably went up since everything else has gone up in price.
Now I wish back when the internet first started I invested in a whole bunch of domain names to sell to people. Judging by the prices some of them go for I could afford to be banging space hookers in some other universe.

My Facebook account gets unblocked on the 25th. I could go to some groups and pages and spread the word around. Right now that's all we can really do is just go by word of mouth and hope it spreads.
I have a feeling Facebook isn't going to be around forever. They are starting to get in a lot of trouble recently and people are starting to figure out exactly how far Facebook will go to not only ensure they are invading your privacy, they are also metaphorically storing the shitpot to keep everyone fighting and keep the drama flowing like wine to appease those who are addicted to the drama. If it wasn't for my real-life friends using it and it being my only outside source of what's going on around me, I wouldn't use it. I have much better and well thought-provoking conversations here than I do there. Maybe the day will come that websites can start making a comeback. I mean after Facebook came, practically everything that wasn't already a huge sales Giant like Amazon, eBay, Google etcetera, get little to no traffic at all. The fact is the internet is evolving from the way it worked 20 years ago but at the same time, it can be easily utilized by the right people with the right ideas, connections and the big one, money. Money seems to be all that matters to most people in this new Modern Age and without it we are practically sitting at a standstill.
