ooo you have a cave?... i wish i had a dark place to go like that...
someday.. when i have a lot of money and can design my own house.. i want to have like a hidden place in my basement.. and when you open the hidden door... have like these floating steps in water that you go across.. then a hidden home theater room... make it all crazy and stuff... :)

The ACTUAL facts
Freddyfan was around 13 at the time, and for around two to three weeks prior to the "incident", had said many things that indicated he was having some issues at school, mostly from people treating him in a derogatory manner, teachers in particular.
One day he came in and posted that he "couldn't take it anymore", and that he was going to "end it", and "PROBABLY hurt a lot of people", including any law enforcement sent in to apprehend him. He actually seemed very upset by something, anyone who had spoken to him in the few weeks beforehand would've clearly seen this. There were no direct threats made, "shooting" never even came into it, nor were his desired methods shared with anyone. AMK contacted some local law enforcement, and then THEY referred it to the fbi. He was apprehended the next morning at school before anything even happened, and a small knife was found in his backpack. Had AMK not done this, he may have in fact landed himself in a much worse situation than he is now. He never went to jail. He was questioned, given counselling, and was placed under house arrest, with no computer priviledges, although I am not aware for how long. He wasn't some psycho asshole, again, those who have spoken to him would know that, I still don't even think he had honest intentions to do it - I think he just wanted to be heard. Friday 13th fan IS his good friend, and would most likely be aware of his present situation, but don't go asking him questions if you didn't even know freddyfan, I've told you all you need to know here. This made the news, and, naturally, we were shortly flooded with all manner of "blame horror" idiots, and OBVIOUSLY a few gossip hounds. Freddy Krueger, I don't know where the bullshit started, but in future, if anyone asks, ^THIS^ is what actually happened. He's had his name dragged through the mud enough aleady. - B.

and so....... an urban legend was created. Interesting how it got so warped, tells you alot about how these stories get blown out of proportion!
Glad it wasn't that serious, just a little kid, like the kids I work with. Had the same threats from one of mine this year!

you know.. it's a shame that a kid goes through all kinds of crap and is depressed... and happens to enjoy horror as an escape ... and people blaim things on that.. school these days is a really dangerous place because nothing is done for kids that obviously have problems.. you can tell when someone is having a problem.. all of those teachers that say they never noticed... weren't paying attention.. teachers don't pay attention and they should...

I guess I have to sign on, checked out the page. What is it about? Will go there tomorrow in the morning, just warn me if it is porno stuff. Really hate that! Have very valid issues about it all, but art........ well I can be pretty open minded there!:) gotta check out now, 5 hours of sleep available at this time, and I'm writing my newsletter so that just might get kinda strange! Look for your reply when I wake up! Site is cool though! My Brother is Corporate web manager of our city, and I'm thinking of asking him to design one for me for home and work!
