Them (I heard this was good, but never saw it)

The Fly (though not an insect film)
The Wasp Woman (see previous)

I do not recommend (if someone already mentioned this already):

Silent Night, Deadly Night 4: Initiation (worst bug film - ever)

Do not forget the Zanti Misfits from "the Outer Limits", as seen in the episode of the same title, featuring creepy but interesting ants.

It's not the key aspect of the film, but I also loved the bug scene in The Beyond (1981, Fulci) - it's just so drawn out and purposeful! Really seems like those little bastards have an agenda. Fuck spiders.
