I have... Couple of first dates via Craig's List (two guys and a girl - all of them were nice, but there wasn't much chemistry so they didn't amount to anything, though the girl got totally attached and dropped the L Bomb after the third date)...
I actually met a guy through a Buffy Forum (sigh, yes, true). He was living in Australia. I was spending my year in China. For my two-week Christmas vacation I was already planning to go to Oz, so I figured I'd go out there and meet him. Why not? We had IM'd and emailed a lot and I figured that if he was a creep or we didn't get along, I would just go hostel hopping up the coast, which was my original plan for the vacation anyway... Turns out we clicked, fell madly in love, stayed together when I went back to China, and had an amazing long-distance relationship. I went to Oz again... He came to the States when I went back home... And then unfortunately it ended... Think of him every day, though... :rolleyes:

I have, and I would. There are some very good people here in HDC itself.
I just hope they dont disappoint. I find a lot of people disappointing.

There are a couple of people I would meet, and some I wouldn't. I'd totally go meet MM like she has been begging me to, infact this thread is a ploy to get me to agree to finally meet her, but all she wants is my body. :(
