For those who aren't entirely sure what these are:
Foie Gras - Duck liver Truffles - Rare type of mushroom that grows underground I'll choose the truffles...I haven't tried them, but I prefer mushrooms over liver

3-1 in favor of liver (Classic Foie Gras is goose liver, but it includes duck liver these days)
truffles are good, but that definately depends on how they are used. If you use too much, you end up with a musky dirt flavor |
