If this wasn't planned, I'm a world class bouncer named Dalton. I mean seriously, she goes in early as if to show that she's serious about the punishment, and then pulls this shit? She even makes that little speach at the MTV Movie Awards (You know, the made up awards show that is about as legit as Steven Seagal's acting abilities?) about how she's ready to face it. Bullshit. I hope she gets attacked by rabid alien mutant sea monkey elephant seas or something, or possibly deported back to her home planet of ugly anorexic aristocratic cum bank bitches with lazy eyes who slightly resemble Forest Whitaker, aside from the whole being black and a man part...and I'm only 100% about the black part.

Anyway, that's my yearly post....I'll be back next year.

Well, it looks like now the judge from her original trial (the one where she was sentenced to jail) is saying that she has to go back to court and the court has to decide that she's not fit to complete her sentence in jail. What a fiasco and a complete waste of money. I've known a few people who've been thrown in jail for a DUI, they of course got the book tossed at them. I guess the courts have to balance it out somehow.

I always figured she'd get out, or try to on some kind've bullshit technicality.
From what I understand now, a certain DA got very pissed off about the release and wants to file for comtempt of court for a few of those involved in the release.
I like that someone is above buy-outs and corruption. Here's hoping it lasts.
Interesting that she's using the same "psychologist" that Michael Jackson did during his trial/s...that's probably one of the factors why it didn't quite work out for her.
I hope they throw the book at her and make her serve double alongside her corrupt cohorts as an example...probably won't happen, but it'd send a pretty good message, no?

What pisses me off most about the whole situation is the media.
We have major issues going on in the world right now, and for some reason i counted 5 news channels on right now with live coverage of her being driven to the court house.
Thats it. Each channel has like 4 people on it debating on what should happen or what did happen or how its unfair, but you dont even see these peoples faces because all the video is chopper video of a cop driving to the court house.
Its not like the presidential debates are important. Or the war going on. Or the new wars brewing. Or the quality of life for 90% of americans. Hell, i would rather see PETA bitching on 5 news channels than this crap.

Screw her i hope she is released and dies in a car wreck on her way home from the court house.
