Ugh, get off it...you're talking about someone who posted their phone number on an internet forum...an INTERNET forum...However weird I personally think that is, the issue stands that the person in question should be fully aware that if they do this, all manner of things regarding that number are likely to happen, least of which is a few people from that very same forum keeping the number to mess with it...Seems like however drunk you are, these things should be obvious.
I personally think that the number should've been taken to numerous gay singles sites, just to let the potentials of this stupid act be fully experienced, but hey...that's just me, I think it's stupid in the first place. As for quoting it being that much of a problem...when you can delete whole posts, I doubt it really is, moderator.
