After watching a horror movie, immediately watch something else a bit more lighthearted...a good comedy, cartoons etc... (my ex used to have to do that and it seemed to work for her). Also, try watching horror movies during the day instead of waiting until its dark outside.

Drink some ice-cold apple juice while lying on your back. No wait, that's for hiccups.

furiously masturbate. And I'm being literal on the "furious" part. Just be really pissed while you're beating off. If you're an anti-semite then that would help. Just be like "Goddamn jews!" while you're pumping. Then you won't be scared. Unless you're scared of jews

Go out and experience some real life scary shit (such as having a gun pulled on you, getting arrested, going to the brink of an overdose, or getting in a high speed car wreck.)

After you do all that, I can personally guarantee you that fictional movies will seem far less scary. Or you could just watch the nightly news... I suppose that would have the same effect.

Actually what you're talking about maybe clinical psychosis in the form of paranoia. If it keeps happening, see your doctor, and I'm not bullshitting you like these jokers either.

This aint a joke.

I know firsthand that any of those occurances should be enough of a 'real life' scare, that it'd basically be impossible for anybody to be afraid of a movie ever again.
