^^ What? I don't know about that. He could strike a fucked up judge and end up in heaps of shit.

Just go in there, plead guilty, wait 'til the judge reads you your punishment (fine, community service or probation at the harshest) and then if it sounds like he;s coming down on you a little hard you say 'Your honor, I would like request the mercy of the court." and a lot of times they will lighten the sentence, all you have to do is ask. If the original punishment is about what you were expecting, dont say anything, just accept it, take care of it and thats it.

Trust me, I have some experience in dealing in these sorts of things and I've never bothered getting a lawyer. It's a waste of money on a misdemanor charge.
